Branch and Wick Return Policy
Branch & Wick, Co. offers a hassle-free return policy. You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If your item is damaged or if you need assistance outside our standard return window, please contact our support team for help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as an online order number).
To start a return, you can contact us at shopify@branchandwick.com with your name, order number, and item you wish to return. All returns require a Return Code to ensure refunds are processed appropriately. Please contact our support team who will be happy to assist you with any returns, and provide you with the return address to ship the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopify@branchandwick.com .
Items Marked "Final Sale"
Items marked explicitly as "Final Sale" are subject to different return and exchange policies as follows. Note the below does not apply to items marked as discount or regular sale. No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. So, make sure the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want and that it will fit them. If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a mis-ship, we will make exceptions for these situations.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, we are committed to rectifying the situation. Contact us through our Returns Center to arrange for a replacement at no extra shipping cost.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, our support team is ready to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us, and we'll ensure your order is corrected.
Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fee's, minus a re-stocking fee of 10% of the order. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
