Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Processing may take 5-7 business days, as these items are handcrafted with care.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (rates calculated at checkout).
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (rates calculated at checkout).
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may be unavailable for international shipping due to size or material restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at csr@branchandwick.com with your order details.
  • For damaged items, we require photos of the damage and the packaging to assist with a resolution.
